Scot Smallwood

My company was acquired by TWC about in 2005. I wasn't sure how l was going to like working for a large corporate-type company again, especially after all the years of working for a small, individually owned company where the owner’s door was never closed. But l have to say after all of these years, I’ve never looked back. Our leadership is always accessible. The techs work together well and don't have a problem helping each other. TWC also offers a lot of benefits and opportunities that smaller shops can't. When compared to other companies in our area, TWC is way ahead.
